By opting-out of Telematics, you lose crucial services designed to help you fulfill your responsibilities under the warranty on your vehicle.  Hino can deny you warranty coverage if your truck, or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.  Insight provides Hino specific features such as Remote Diagnostics and Case Management, helping you maintain your vehicle.

Instant notifications of Diagnostic Trouble Codes, a benefit of Remote Diagnostics, offers critical early warning information such as fault severity, letting you know the best course of action for your Hino vehicle, preventing further failures.  The Telematics Diagnostic Center at Hino is staffed with trained technicians who can answer questions concerning active DTCs, while providing you and your Hino Dealer with suggestions for service.
